NOTICE is hereby given that the Puponga Coal and Gold Mining Company, New Zealand (Limited), intend to carry on business in the Colony of New Zealand, and that the office of the company where legal proceedings or notices may be served upon it is the office of the undersigned, at the Puponga Coal Depot, in St. Vincent Street, in the City of Nelson.

In the matter of the Maori Queen Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at Messrs. F. R. Jackson and Co.’s Board-room, at Wanganui, on the 29th day of January, 1902, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting BERKLEY TYERMAN, of Wanganui, Commission Agent, was appointed Liquidator to the company for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Grey Duck Dredging Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the company, No. 148, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 16th day of January, 1902, at 5 p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was passed, viz. :—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting a resolution was passed appointing GEORGE MILNE McLEAN Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily, and that George Milne McLean, of Dunedin, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.”
