NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held in the Board-room of the Agricultural Hall, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on the 6th day of February, 1902, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting WALTER GOW, of Dunedin, Ironmonger, and JOHN LOUDON, of Dunedin, Accountant, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
