Commencing at a point on the road forming the southern boundary of Rural Section No. 32813, the said point being distant 3690·6 links north-westerly along the said road from the south-western corner thereof; thence north-easterly on a line bearing 49° 22′, 944·4 links; thence north-westerly at a right angle, 7156·2 links; thence on a line bearing 62° 20′, 800 links, to the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section No. 21952; thence by lines bearing south-easterly, south-westerly, north-westerly, and again south-westerly to the southernmost corner of Rural Section No. 6289, a distance altogether of 4464 links; thence south-easterly along a road-line a distance of about 8689·4 links to the commencing-point: save and except a road-line 100 links wide, which intersects the area hereby described at the southernmost corner of Section No. 21952: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch.
