THE BUCKLERBURN GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held in the Board-room, Agricultural Buildings, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 20th day of September, 1900, the following special resolutions were duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on Thursday, the 18th day of October, 1900, the following special resolutions were duly confirmed:—

“1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“2. That Edward Trythall be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
“3. That the remuneration of the said Edward Trythall as such Liquidator be twenty-five guineas.
“4. That the power of the directors shall be continued for the following purposes only: For negotiating and completing the transfer of the liabilities and assets of the company to the El Dorado Gold-dredging Company (Limited), in accordance with proposals in writing from that company, and dated the 24th day of August, 1900, either with or without modifications.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the Great Western Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held on the 15th day of October, 1900, the following resolutions were passed:—

“1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up.
“2. That Mr. Edward Trythall be appointed Liquidator to wind up the affairs of the company.”

WHEREAS a dealing has been presented for registration affecting Lease No. 766, from WALTER SCOTT, of Te Awamutu, Settler, to ANNIE TOWN, wife of William Town, of London, Bricklayer, of the land comprised in Vol. xxv., folio 159, of the Register-book, being Allotment 40 of the Village of Te Awamutu, and evidence has been adduced of the loss of the duplicate of the said lease:

Now notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice, without requiring the production of the duplicate lease.
