"The Native Land Court Act, 1894."
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the partition of the Petane Block, and of the application of Eriata Pokai and others under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894."
WHEREAS the above application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas, on the 20th day of June, 1900, the Court divided the Petane Block into three parcels, called by the Court Petane Nos. 1, 2, and 3: And whereas it appears from the said report that, owing to the incompleteness of the plan on which the said subdivision was made, the boundaries of Nos. 2 and 3 were incorrectly defined: And whereas it is the desire of all persons interested in the said subdivision that the said boundaries should be amended in manner hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said errors, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me as Chief Judge of the Native Land Court by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the boundaries of Sections 2 and 3 aforesaid shall be as set forth in the First Schedule hereto attached, and the boundaries of Section 2 as set forth in the Second Schedule hereto attached, and that the said partition orders of the 20th day of June, 1900, be amended accordingly.
I direct that notice hereof be given in the Gazette and Kahiti.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the western side of the Napier-Wairoa Road 20 links westward from a drain crossing that road; thence by a line bearing north-west on the western side of that drain, 1600 links; thence by the old Native reserve boundary-fence bearing south-west, 5860 links; thence by a fence bearing north-west to a point near a gate; thence from that point by a boundary on top of a ridge, and including correct area, to meet another fence; thence by that fence bearing south to the Esk River; thence by the Esk River to a point where it is intersected by a line of trees produced; thence by that line bearing north to a tree-stump; thence by a line bearing north-west, 260 links; thence by a line bearing north, 270 links; thence by a fence-line bearing east, 145 links; thence by a fence-line bearing north, 123 links; thence by an irregular line partly fenced, 2990 links; thence by the Napier-Wairoa Road, 1040 links, to the commencing-point. The above measurements are approximately correct, subject to revision on final survey.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
To be at western side of block. Eastern boundary to run due north and south from southern boundary of original block to southern boundary of Petane No. 1, between points that will include 273 acres in Petane No. 2.

NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the under-mentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to be held on Monday, the 5th day of November, 1900, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

In the matter of “The Administration Act 1879 Amendment Act, 1888”; and in the matter of ROBERT WHITTEM, of Napier, Butcher, deceased.
IT is hereby notified that, in accordance with an order made in the Supreme Court this day, the above estate is to be administered by the Deputy Official Assignee in Bankruptcy, and I hereby give notice to all creditors in the estate to send in their proofs of debt to me, at my office, Napier, not later than 8th December, 1900.
