containing by admeasurement 106 acres 2 roods 33 perches,
more or less, being Section No. 2, Block X., Umutoi Survey
District. Bounded towards the north by Umutoi Road and
Section No. 24; towards the east by Native land and the
road reserve along the Pohangina River; towards the south
by the road reserve along the Pohangina River; and towards
the west by Section No. 21A: as the same is delineated on
the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wel-
lington. For the preservation of scenery.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 2 perches, more
or less, being Section No. 7A, Block VI., Hautapu Survey
District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 7;
towards the east by Section No. 7; towards the south by
the Marton—Tokaanu Road; and towards the west by Sec-
tion No. 7: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited

CANTERBURY.
All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District,
containing by admeasurement 56 acres 1 rood 30 perches,
more or less, being Reserve No. 3526, Blocks VIII., XII.,
and XVI., Hororata Survey District, being a strip of land
2 chains wide extending from the northern side of the
Haldon Road in a northerly direction to the south-western
side of the road forming the northern boundary of Reserve
No. 1757. Bounded towards the east by the Coalgate Road,
and towards the west by Reserve No. 1757: save and except
the Water-race Reserve No. 2707, 2 chains wide, and
3 road-lines each 1 chain wide, intersecting the area
hereby described: as the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief
Surveyor, Christchurch. For plantation purposes.
All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District,
containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods 33 perches,
more or less, being Reserve No. 3031, Blocks VIII. and XII.,
Shepherd’s Bush Survey District. Bounded towards the
north-west by a road-line; towards the north-east by
Rural Section No. 19326; towards the south-east by a line,
being the north-west boundary of Lot 4, Subdivision of Rural
Section No. 36297; towards the south-west by a road-line:
as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office
of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch. For tree-planting pur-
poses.
All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District,
containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 20 perches,
more or less, being Reserve No. 3520, situate in Block VI.,
Halswell Survey District, being a strip of land 100 links
wide extending in a north-westerly direction from the west-
ern side of the road forming the eastern boundary of Sec-
tion No. 3700 to the eastern side of the road reserved along
the Halswell River; the said parcel of land being bounded
on the north by a road-line, and on the south by Sections
Nos. 804 and 3700. For the conservation of flax and for
forest-plantation purposes.
All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Sec-
tion No. 3527 (in red), Block XV., Coleridge Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-west by the Lake Lyndon Stock
Road, 316·2 links; towards the north-east by Section
No. 37109, 316·2 links; towards the south-east by the said
section, 316·2 links; and towards the south-west by the said
section, 316·2 links. The above-described reserve is situ-
ated on the south-eastern side of the Lake Lyndon Stock
Road, and distant south-westerly 7067·9 links along the said
road, from the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 37109:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is
delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Sec-
tion No. 3528 (in red), Block XV., Coleridge Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-west by the Lake Lyndon Stock
Road, 316·2 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 37109,
316·2 links; towards the south-east by the said section,
316·2 links; and towards the south-west by the said section,
316·2 links. The above-described reserve is situated on the
southern side of the Lake Lyndon Stock Road, and distant
northerly 2064·2 links along the said road from the northern
boundary of Section 18830. Be all the aforesaid linkages

District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 36109,

towards the south by the Bush Road, 316·2 links; and to-
wards the west by the aforesaid section, 316·2 links. The
above-described reserve is situated on the northern side of the
Bush Road, and distant easterly 4080·2 links along the
said road from the south-western boundary of Section 36109.

containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Sec-
tion No. 3530 (in red), Block III., Fighting Hill Survey Dis-
trict, bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 36109,
316·2 links; towards the north-east by the said section,
316·2 links; towards the south-west by the Bush Road, 316·2
links; and towards the south-west by the aforesaid section,
316·2 links. The above-described reserve is situated on the
northern side of the Bush Road, and distant south-westerly

towards the east generally by the Main Mackenzie Road and

a road-line, 1157·6 links; towards the south-west by said
Section No. 2, 916·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages

District. Bounded towards the north by Crown lands,
1439 links, 622 links, 745 links, 925 links, 556 links, and
552 links; towards the east by Crown lands, 553 links;
towards the south-east by a road-line, 2893 links; and
towards the west by Section No. 14 of Block III., Pool-
burn District, and by Crown lands, 2895 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated
