Trustees for the West Gore Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

James Boyne, George Low, and James MacGibbon. WEST GORE. All that parcel of land in the Southland Land District, being Sections Nos. 57 and 58, Block XVI., Township of West Gore, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 6 perches and 3 acres 3 roods 38 perches respectively, more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred.
