(IN LIQUIDATION).
I HEREBY beg to give notice to shareholders that I have
this day handed over the liquidation of this company's
affairs to Messrs. Devore and Cooper, Solicitors, Queen Street,
Auckland, who will henceforth act for the Liquidator.
Those shareholders who have not yet applied for payment
of their first and second distributions on account of capital
must now apply to the above firm of solicitors. The latter
will duly notify shareholders respecting any further distribution that may be made.

THE GRACE DARLING GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of the company, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 12th day of May, 1900, the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed:—
- That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this
meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the said company be wound up voluntarily. - That Mr. Joseph Bernard Sheath, of the City of Auckland, Legal Manager, and Jacob Ziman, of the City of Auckland aforesaid, settler, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Golden Key Gold-mining Company (Limited) the following resolution was passed as an extraordinary resolution:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. James John Gibson, of Lawrence, Commission Agent, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADS AND MAGAZINE RESERVE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1894," for certain public works: to wit, the construction of portion of the Paeroa-Karangahake Main Road, Tarariki Creek Road, Magazine Road, and a Magazine Reserve, in the County of Ohinemuri.
And notice is further given that the plan of the said land is deposited in the office of the Ohinemuri County Council, at Paeroa, and is there open for public inspection, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Ohinemuri County Council, Paeroa.
