MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, ALICE WOODWARD, Bachelor of Medicine and
Bachelor of Surgery, University of New Zealand, now
residing in Mangere, hereby give notice that I intend applying
on the 7th day of June next to have my name placed
on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand,
and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification
in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Auckland.

THE undersigned have this day dissolved the Partnership
of "W. and R. Harvey," previously carried on
by them as Carriers at Whakataki. Mr. WILLIAM HARVEY
will carry on the business in his own name, will collect all
moneys due to the firm, and pay all debts thereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between us, the undersigned EDWARD
HERBERT and ARCHIBALD McKINLAY, in the business of
General Merchants, and carried on by us under the style of
"Herbert and Company," at Lawrence, was dissolved by
mutual consent on the 14th day of May, 1900, and the said
business will, as from the 14th day of May, 1900, be carried
on by the said Archibald McKinlay alone, who will receive
and pay all debts owing to or by the late firm.

in copartnership as Sheep-farmers, at Taratahi, in
the South Wairarapa County, has been and is this day
dissolved.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.-The subscription is at the rate of
30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period
than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for
the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before three o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders
should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed
"Public a/c," and exchange added.
Postage-or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders
are issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to
prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should
accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
