Block VII. is situated two miles and a half due south of Longbush Railway-station, on Invercargill–Dunedin Railway-line. It lies near north margin of Seaward Forest; is all bush-clad, land being nearly level, and of good quality; sawmill is in operation in immediate vicinity of block.

WHEREAS His Honour Worley Bassett Edwards has resigned his appointment as President of the Court of Arbitration, and his resignation has been accepted :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section forty-eight of “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1894,” and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor hereby appoints

His Honour JAMES CROSBY MARTIN

to be President of the Court of Arbitration in the stead of His Honour Worley Bassett Edwards.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred.
