Trustees for the Waikari Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
James Douglas, William Henry Turner, William White, John Allan, Cyril Thomas White, Denis Loucey, and George Sheat. WAIKARI. All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing 2 acres and 7 perches or thereabouts, situated in Block XII. of the Waipara Survey District, and being part of Rural Section No. 24944, being the whole of the land included in certificate of title, Vol. cxxxv., folio 57, Canterbury.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred.

Trustees for the Taupiri Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Edmund Blashford Cox, Charles Ralph Lovell, Arthur Henry Waring. TAUPIRI. All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 242 of the Parish of Komakorau, and containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 2 roods, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by the Mangamutu Stream; towards the east by Section No. 210 of the Parish of Komakorau, 527 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 1198 and 373 links, and by Section No. 217 of the Parish of Komakorau, 602 links; and towards the west by Sections Nos. 209A and 209 of the Parish of Komakorau aforesaid, 215 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred.

Trustee for the Ashburton Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint GEORGE LAMB to be a Trustee, in the place of John Harrison, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Ashburton Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred.
