Trustees of West Waitapu Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Local Authority. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
The Kiwitea County Council. WEST WAITAPU.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 20 perches, more or less, being Section No.17, Block XV., Ongo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road; towards the east by Section No. 20; towards the south by Section No. 296; and towards the north-west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

HENRY GEORGE CLIFFORD,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster, under “The Post Office Act, 1881,” at Clinton, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

As witness my hand, this ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by a public road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 38: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 12; towards the south-east by a public road; towards the west by Section No. 8; and towards the north-west by Section No. 12: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM JOSEPH KING,
ALFRED MARTYN BARRIBALL, and
WILLIAM HICKEY

to be Trustees, in the place of John Thomas Mell sop and Samuel Barriball, deceased, and Thomas Joseph Hickey, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waiuku Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM MCINTYRE

to be a Trustee, in the place of Michael Syron, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waimangaroa Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine.
