Proclaiming the Taking of a Road through Section 185, Parish of Pepepe.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the Kaikoura County Council, the owners of the lands hereinafter mentioned, do by this notice hereby proclaim as roads the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the roads hereinafter described, that is to say:—

Land set apart for Settlement.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the second section of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act Amendment Act, 1891” (herein termed “the said Act”), it is, amongst other things, enacted that, before certain moneys therein mentioned shall be expended upon any block of land, it shall be necessary that the same be proclaimed as set apart for settlement:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the said Act, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the block of land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for settlement.
SCHEDULE.
OTUKAI BLOCK.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, situate in Blocks XII. and XIII., Rangaunu Survey District, and Blocks III., IV., and VII., Takahue Survey District, containing by admeasurement 9,600 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north generally by a public road, by Sections Nos. 41, 21, and 22 of the Parish of Waiake, by a public road, by Sections Nos. 39, 38, and 36 of the said Parish of Waiake, by a right line being the production in a north-westerly direction of the north-eastern boundary of land granted to J. Matthews (O.L.C. No. 66), by the said land, and by the Parapara West and Parapara East Blocks; towards the east generally by Sections Nos. 34, 32, and 30 of the Parish of Kaiaka, by a public road, by Sections Nos. 28 and 26 of the said Parish of Kaiaka, by a public road, by Section No. 13 of the last-mentioned parish, by Te Hororoa Block, again by Section No. 13 aforesaid, by part of the eastern boundary of the Parish of Kaiaka, and by Section No. 62 of the Parish of Maungataniwha; towards the south generally by Sections Nos. 59 and 58 of the Parish of Maungataniwha, by Section No. 71 of the Parish of Kaiaka, by a public road, by Sections Nos. 72, 73, 74, 105, 75, 122, 77, 89, 123, and again by Section No. 89, all of the Parish of Kaiaka, and by Te Konoti Block; and towards the west generally by Sections Nos. 9,
