THE GALLANT TIPPERARY QUARTZ-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held in the office of William Brown and Co., Queen’s Rooms, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 22nd day of December, 1898, at 11 o’clock forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing explanations to be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

John Chambers and Son, Fort Street, in the City of Auckland.

THE Partnership carried on by us under the style of “Dryden and Guilford,” as Plumbers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be carried on as heretofore by HENRY ERNEST DRYDEN (under his own name), who will be responsible for all debts due by the firm. All moneys due to the firm will be collected by the said Henry Ernest Dryden.

THE RANGITIKEI SAWMILLERS’ CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named association, duly convened, and held on the 17th day of September, 1898, the following resolution was passed: namely, “That this association be wound up voluntarily.” And notice is hereby further given that at a general meeting of the said association, duly convened, and held on the 14th day of October, 1898, the said resolution was duly confirmed in accordance with the provisions of section 86 of “The Companies Act, 1882.” And notice is hereby further given that at the said last-mentioned meeting Mr. William George Haybittle, of Feilding, Timber-merchant, was duly appointed Liquidator of the said association.
