In the matter of “The Trustee Act, 1883,” and of the estate of John Fleming, late of the Town of Blenheim, in the Provincial District of Marlborough, Settler, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and others having claims against the above estate are required to send in to the Executors of the Will of the above-named John Fleming, addressed to them at the office in Market Place, Blenheim, of Richard McCallum, solicitor, and in writing, on or before the 15th day of November, 1898, full particulars of such claims, giving the items and amounts of the same.

This notice is given in pursuance of a Judge’s order made in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Nelson District, at Blenheim, on the 6th day of October, 1898, which directs that this notice shall be advertised during the month of October, 1898, in two separate issues of the New Zealand Government Gazette and in six separate issues of the Marlborough Express newspaper.

FOR Deaf Children of sound intellect. The pupils are taught to use and understand ordinary speech. The best age for entrance is between six and seven.

The full charge for board and education is £40 a year, but less is accepted from parents who cannot afford to pay this amount. In case of necessity admission is free.
