I, the New Hauraki North Gold-mining Company as a limited company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the New Hauraki Gold-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Coromandel.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is twenty thousand pounds, in one hundred thousand shares of four shillings each.
