Further Land set apart for Rongoti Improved-farm Special
Settlement, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
by the one hundred and sixty-second section of "The
Land Act, 1892," and of all other powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of
Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart
and declared open for a special settlement.

RONGOTI IMPROVED-FARM SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.

As the said areas are delineated on the plan marked S.G.
28751, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land

Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this tenth day of November, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-seven.

Proclaiming the Taking of a Road in Block III., Wairoa
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and
mortgagee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with
the consent of the Waitotara-Momohaki Road Board, being
the local authority in whose district the said land is situated,
do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land in the
Wairoa Survey District mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

the road in the Wairoa Survey District hereinafter described.
