IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, as the time at which the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction at Christchurch; and I do hereby
