abouts, and its intended course is about northerly along
that part of the said river which bounds the Wharekawa
East No. 4 Block.
Marked out on 24th February, 1897.
To be used for Tarawera Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 Special
Claims.
The mean depth of such race is 3 ft., and the mean
breadth is 4 ft. 6 in., and it is proposed to divert twenty-five
Government heads of water.
Cost of construction: £750.
Time required for construction: Twelve months.
Number and date of miner's right: 4221; 5th June, 1896.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of
"The Companies Act, 1882," that a General Meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held at
the office of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency
Company of New Zealand (Limited), on Monday, the 26th
day of July, 1897, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the pur-
pose of having an account laid before them showing the
manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and
the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing
any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and of
determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in
which the books, accounts, and documents of the company
and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
