WHEREAS a dealing affecting Mortgage No. 4000,
from EDWARD HANSEN to Her Majesty THE
QUEEN, has been presented for registration, and evidence
adduced of the loss of the said mortgage :
Now, notice is hereby given of my intention to register
such dealing, dispensing with the production of the said
mortgage, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.

folio 113, of the Register-book, in favour of GEORGE
ALEXANDER DOUGLAS, for part of Block 5 of the
Church Mission Reserves, Town of Tauranga, having been
lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional
certificate of title :
Now, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a
provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration
of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

law of ISABELLA WARDEN, late of Sawyer’s Bay aforesaid,
deceased, has applied to be registered as proprietor of an
estate in fee-simple in part of Section 12, Sawyer’s Bay
District, containing 37·2 poles, more or less, being all the
land in certificate of title, Register-book, Vol. xxii., folio 31 :
I hereby give notice that I shall register the said John
Douglas Warden as proprietor of the said land unless caveat
be lodged here forbidding the same within one calendar
month from the date of publication hereof.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened, and held
at the Creamery, Tariki Road, Taranaki, New Zealand, on
the 13th April, 1896, the subjoined special resolution was
duly passed :—
“ That the Tariki Road Co-operative Dairy Factory Com-
pany (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, and that John
Knowles be appointed Liquidator thereof.”
