NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the above-named company, held at the company’s office, No. 93, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 25th day of November, 1897, there being represented two-thirds of the company in proxies and shares, in accordance with the provisions of the Mining Companies Act, the following resolution was passed, viz.: “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that C. J. Stone be appointed Liquidator.”

Land Transfer Act Notices.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register discharges of Mortgages Nos. 3218 and 4875, in favour of MICHAEL KEEN, of Feilding, Shoemaker, also for the issue of a provisional certificate of title for part Section 293 on the plan of the Town of Feilding, deposited in the Lands Registry Office, Wellington, as No. 19, being the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. xxi., folio 42, and in the said Mortgages Nos. 3218 and 4875, and evidence having been lodged of the destruction of the outstanding duplicates of the said mortgages and of the certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I intend to dispense with the production of the said mortgages and certificate of title, and give effect to the said discharge and issue the provisional certificate, as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 6th day of January, 1898.
