Notifying Lands in Auckland for Sale by Public Auction.
RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of "The
Land Act, 1892," I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint Friday, the twenty-fifth day of February, one thou-
sand eight hundred and ninety-eight, as the time at which
the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold
by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which
the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said
Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands re-
spectively.

Ararimu Parish, Waitemata County.—Section N.W. 4:
40 acres 3 roods 8 perches; total upset price, £41. Open
and mixed-bush land, with a few burnt kauri-trees; land of
fair quality. About four miles from Helensville.
Waiotahi Parish, Whakatane County.—Section 191A:
27 acres 3 roods; total upset price, £28. Open and swamp
land of good quality, at head of Ohiwa Harbour.
Taupiri Village.—Lots 59, 62, 67, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, each
