Proclaiming the Taking of a Road through Private Land in Huangarua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the mortgagee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Featherston Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

THE parcels of land mentioned in list hereunder:—

Area. Being Portions of Subdivisions Nos. Block. Situated in the Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 2 2 7 9, 10, and 11 Uruokakite South A Huangarua 175/10 Red.
1 3 24 6, 7, and 8 Ditto .. " " "

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked as above noted, deposited in the District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Huangarua Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say:—

Approximate Areas of the Portions of Road to be closed. Being Frontage to Sub-divisions Nos. Block. Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 2 1 3 13 Kaitara Huangarua 175/10 Green.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Manga-whereo Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands in the Waipakura Survey District mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
