Land taken for a Road through Private Land in Section 40 and Rakaurere Block, Kaeo Parish, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and of the Whangaroa County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Kaeo Parish hereinafter described, that is to say:—

SCHEDULE.

The parcel of land mentioned hereunder:—

Area. Being Parts of Survey District. Plan marked
A. R. P. 6 0 38·1 Section No. 40, and Rakaurere Block Kaeo S.G. 29629.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Auckland, in the Auckland Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Whangaroa County hereinafter described, that is to say:—

Approximate Area of the Portion of Road to be closed. Traversing Survey District. Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 5 3 6·2 Section No. 40, Kaeo Parish, and Rakaurere Block Kaeo S.G. 29629 Green.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Auckland, in the Auckland Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.
