A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Land declared to be Crown Land subject to “The Land for Settlements Act, 1894.”

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Second Schedule hereto has been given in exchange for the land described in the First Schedule hereto, under the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Act, 1894” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), and such exchange has been concluded as by the said Act is provided: And whereas it is enacted by the said Act that all land so acquired shall be proclaimed as Crown land subject to the provisions of the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the power and authority conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto shall, on the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, be and be deemed to be Crown land subject to the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Act, 1894.”
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Marlborough Land District, containing together 147 acres and 33 perches, more or less, situated in Hundalee Survey District, as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.G. 36586, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Marlborough Land District, containing together 145 acres 2 roods 1 perch, more or less, situated in the Hundalee Survey District, as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.G. 36586, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,554 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 7, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 40, 42, 45, 46, 48, 50 (P.R.), 59, and part of Section No. 4, all of Wairaki Survey District; also, all that area in the said land district, containing by admeasurement 768 acres 3 roods 20 poles, more or less, being Sections Nos. 39 and 49, all of Wairaki Survey District: as the said areas are delineated upon the plan marked
