SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land, containing 13 acres 1 rood 8 perches, situate at Taruheru, in the District of Poverty Bay, and known as Taruheru C, held under division order dated 20th November, 1883, in favour of Rawiri Tokitahi, and containing the following restrictions: “That the land the subject thereof may be leased for any term not exceeding twenty-one years, but shall be otherwise inalienable except with the consent of the Governor.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

Removal of Restrictions on Alienation of Native Land.
GLASGOW, Governor.
WHEREAS application has been made to the Governor by the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, praying that the restrictions on the alienation of such land contained in the Crown grant bearing date the twenty-second day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, may be removed: And whereas inquiry has been duly made by the Native Land Court, and the said Court has recommended that such restrictions be removed:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the fifty-second section of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and in accordance with the recommendation of the Native Land Court, doth hereby order and declare that all restrictions imposed by the said Crown grant on the alienation of the said land are hereby removed.

ALL that parcel of land, containing 100 acres, being Section No. 11, Block IV., Ruataniwha Survey District, held under Crown grant dated 22nd September, 1890, in favour of Urupene Puhara, and containing the following restrictions: “Inalienable by sale, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years, or by mortgage, except with the consent of the Governor being previously obtained to every such sale, lease, or mortgage.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

ALL that parcel of land, containing 25 acres, being Section No. 6, Block IV., Waitara Survey District, held under Crown grant dated 26th January, 1885, in favour of Harawira Mokena, and containing the following restrictions: “Inalienable by sale, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years, or by mortgage, except with the consent of the Governor being previously obtained to every such sale, lease, or mortgage.” And all that parcel of land, containing 30 acres, being Section No. 38, Block IV., Waitara Survey District, held under Crown grant dated 26th January, 1885, in favour of Pirihiro Tiri, and containing the following restrictions: “Inalienable by sale, or by lease for a longer period than twenty-one years, or by mortgage, except with the consent of the Governor being previously obtained to every such sale, lease, or mortgage.”

ALFRED PELVIN, and
JOHN HENDERSON
to be Trustees, in the place of George Park, John Gray, and Nicholas O’Toole, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waitaki North Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by a warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.
