vested in me by the one hundred and eighty-ninth sec-
tion of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby ap-
point

Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural
lands in the Land District of Marlborough at present held
under pastoral licenses expiring on or about the twenty-
eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety-seven: as provided by section one hundred and
eighty-nine of “The Land Act, 1892,” aforesaid.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirtieth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-six.
