Notifying Lands in Auckland for Sale by Public Auction.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction at Auckland; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the notification issued on the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, opening land for selection on lease in perpetuity under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892,” shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the section of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
