SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Cemetery, and Description of Land.
Henry Ireson Jones, James Laird, John G. Sharpe, Peter Bell, and William Bruce. WANGANUI GENERAL CEMETERY.
All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 12 acres 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, being Section No. C, Block V., Westmere Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Gaol Reserve and land vested in the Wanganui Borough Council; towards the east by land vested in the Wanganui Borough Council; towards the south by a public road; towards the west by a public road.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

Trustees for the Westerfield Cemetery appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

The Upper Ashburton Road Board. WESTERFIELD.
All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing 10 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2349 in the District of Ashburton. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 32997 for a distance of about 14 chains; towards the north-west by a road-line for a distance of about 15 chains; towards the south by a road-line for a distance of about 20 chains 50 links: as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

KENNETH MACKENZIE and
MACLEOD CLEMENT ORBELL

to be Trustees, in the place of the Reverend George Barclay and Robert Fish, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Geraldine Cemetery.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM JAMES GRAY
to be a Trustee, in the place of William Andrews, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Okato Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed on the eighteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.
