Trustees for the Maintenance of the Hastwell Cemetery appointed.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded on the north, north-east, and west by a public road; on the south by Section No. 124; and on the south-east by the railway-line: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington. |

Trustees for Tolago Bay Cemetery appointed.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-west by the Uawa No. 1 Block, 1060 links; towards the east by the Tatarahake Block, 888 links; towards the south by a public road, 150 links, and by Section No. 12 of the Suburbs of Buckley aforesaid, 724 links; towards the west by Section No. 9 of the Suburbs of Buckley aforesaid, 268 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. |

to be a Trustee, in the place of the Reverend Frederick J. Sotham, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Waimate Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.
