IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a Trustee, in the place of Thomas Duncan, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Motueka Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed on the fourteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.
