Land set apart as a Village-homestead Allotment in the Hawke's Bay Land District.

GLASGOW, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-eighth section of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotment of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for selection as a village-homestead allotment.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
Whetukura Village-homestead Settlement.
Section 27, 7 acres 2 roods 25 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, so far as it relates to the section enumerated in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby revoked; and do proclaim and declare that the said section is hereby withdrawn from selection as a village-homestead allotment.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a further portion of the Waikato-Thames Railway—namely, part of the Paeroa-Te Aroha Section:
And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land in the manner hereby provided have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section one hundred and sixty-seven of "The Public Works Act, 1894," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.
