Notifying Sale of Lands in Marlborough by Public Auction.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of
"The Land Act, 1892," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Wednesday, the thirteenth day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-five, as the time at which the lands
enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public
auction, at Blenheim; and I do hereby fix the prices at
which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the
said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands
respectively.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
