Notifying Lands in Wellington for Sale by Public Auction.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by the one hundred and thirteenth section of “The
Land Act, 1892,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the thirteenth
day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five,
as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule
hereto shall be sold by public auction at Ohingaiti ; and I
do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold
as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the
description of such lands respectively.
