Now notice is hereby given that she will be so registered unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Monte Cristo Gold-mining Company as a no-liability company under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1894.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Monte Cristo Gold-mining Company (No Liability).
  2. The place of operations is at Preservation Inlet, in the Province of Southland.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at No. 161, Hereford Street, in the City of Christchurch.
  4. The value of the company’s property, including claim or lease ground and machinery, is three thousand pounds.
  5. The number of shares in the company is twenty thousand, of ten shillings each.
