NOTICE is hereby given that the registered office of the Monte Cristo Gold-mining Company (No Liability) is situated at No. 161, Hereford Street, in the City of Christchurch, in the Colony of New Zealand, and WILLIAM HICKLEY GUNDRY, of the said City of Christchurch, Estate Agent, is the Manager of the said company.

THE Partnership heretofore carried on by the undersigned at Feilding as Coachbuilders and Blacksmiths, under the style or firm of “Saywell Bros.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of August last past. All moneys due to or payable by the late firm will be received and paid by George Hart Saywell, who will carry on the business of the late firm on his own account.
