AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.β€”MANGONUI COUNTY.

Unsurveyed Second-class Land.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in Block III., Ahipara Survey District, and containing approximately 1,100 acres. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Ahipara Bay; towards the south-east by
the Mokorau Native Reserve, and a right line being the production of its north-western boundary in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 1000 links; thence towards the south by a right line running due west to the sea; and towards the north-west generally by the sea to the point of commencement.

Description of Land: Open land of poor quality, situated at Reef Point, about two miles and a half from Ahipara, and about twelve miles from Kaitaia.

Cash price, 5s. per acre; occupation with right of purchase, 3d. per acre; lease in perpetuity, 2-4d. per acre.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four.
