Resolved, "That 'The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886,' be adopted generally within the Pouawa Road Board District."
I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly passed in conformity with the provisions of "The Road Boards Act, 1882," relating to special orders.

THE following special order, made by the Wairau Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of "The Road Boards Act, 1882."

WAIRAU ROAD BOARD.
SPECIAL order made by the Wairau Road Board on the 3rd day of August, 1894:—
Resolved, "That a special order is hereby made making a special annual-recurring rate of 1d. in the pound for a period of twenty-six years, commencing from the 1st April, 1895, upon the value of all the rateable property appearing in the valuation roll for the time being in the Wairau Road District. Such rate to be for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund for a loan of £933 obtained under the provisions of 'The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886,' and 'The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,' and shall be payable in one sum on the 1st day of June, 1895, and on the same date of each year following, until the loan in respect of which the said rate is made is paid off."
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made by the Wairau Road Board in accordance with "The Road Boards Act, 1882."

THE following notice, received from the Chairman of the Mauriceville Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886."

MAURICEVILLE ROAD BOARD.
Result of a poll taken on the 11th instant on a proposal to borrow £1,000, under "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," and amendments, for the purpose of forming Dagg's Road from the junction with Ihuraua Valley Road to the saddle at Section 95, Block IV., Kopuaranga:—
Number of ratepayers on special roll, 5, representing 5 votes: Three ratepayers, representing 3 votes, voted for the proposal; unrecorded votes, 2.
As a majority of the number of ratepayers, having a majority of the number of votes exercisable, voted for the proposal, I hereby declare the same to be carried.

MANIOTOTO COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLVED, That the assessments of property within this county be under "The Rating Act, 1882," and that the same be declared in force within the county, and that the valuation be on capital value as hitherto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the resolution unanimously passed at a meeting of the Maniototo County Council held in the office of the said Council at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, the 4th day of July, 1894.

WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLVED, That, under authority conferred by subsection (6) of section 2 of "The Rating Acts Amendment Act, 1893," this Council hereby determine that "The Rating Act, 1882," and amendments thereof shall be in force within the Wallace County, and that all assessments of property within the Wallace County shall be made under the provisions of the said Acts.
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution duly passed by the Wallace County Council at a meeting held on the 14th day of July, 1894.

HOKIANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLVED, That, under the provisions of subsection (6) of section 2 of "The Rating Acts Amendment Act, 1893," the local authority hereby determine that "The Rating Act, 1882," shall be in force within the Hokianga County.
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Hokianga County Council held on the 11th day of August, 1894.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLVED, That, in accordance with the provisions of subsection (6) of section 2 of "The Rating Acts Amendment Act, 1893," the County Council of Bay of Islands hereby determine that "The Rating Act, 1882," and amendments thereof shall be in force within the County of Bay of Islands, and that all assessments of property within the said county shall be made under the provisions of the said Acts.
