No. 3. An Act for including Portions of certain Districts adjacent to the City of Wellington within the Jurisdiction of the Council of the City of Wellington for Drainage, Sanitation, and other Purposes.
No. 4. An Act to constitute Kiwitea County.
No. 5. An Act to empower the Wanganui Hospital Board to borrow a Sum of Five Thousand Pounds on the Security of the Lands vested in the said Board and of a certain Legacy to which the said Board is entitled.
No. 6. An Act in Further Relation to the Sale of the Crown Lands round Lake Ellesmere, in Canterbury.
No. 7. An Act to vest certain Lands at Kaiapoi, in the Provincial District of Canterbury, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Kaiapoi.
No. 8. An Act for enabling the Trustees of the Dunedin Garrison Hall to borrow Moneys for the Purpose of paying off Loans or Mortgages now or hereafter subsisting on the whole or any part of the Lands vested in the said Trustees, or the Rents, Issues, and Profits thereof, and to execute Mortgages for securing Payment of the Moneys so borrowed and Interest thereon.
No. 9. An Act to authorise the District of Palmerston North Hospital and Charitable Aid Board to construct certain Drainage-works in the Borough of Palmerston North.
No. 10. An Act to reconstitute the Wanganui Harbour and River Conservators Board under the Name of the Wanganui Harbour Board.
No. 11. An Act to vest in “The Ashburton and North Canterbury Charitable Aid Board,” constituted under the Provisions of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885,” certain Lands in the Borough of Lyttelton belonging to the Charitable Institution known as the Lyttelton Orphanage, and to authorise the Borough Council of the said Borough of Lyttelton to convey to or otherwise arrange with the said Board for the Occupation of Lands adjoining the aforesaid Lands and used for the Purposes of the said Orphanage.
No. 12. An Act to further amend “The Gisborne High School Act, 1885.”
No. 13. An Act to authorise the Governors of the Otago Boys’ and Girls’ High Schools to transfer, for the Purpose of a Cemetery, a certain Portion of the Endowment Lands vested in them.
No. 14. An Act to amend “The Newmarket Hall Act, 1874.”
No. 15. An Act to amend “The Christchurch Hospital Act, 1887.”
No. 16. An Act to provide for the Vesting in the University of Otago, and the Management, of a certain Reserve known as the Benmore Run.
No. 17. An Act to authorise the Sale or Exchange of a Hospital Reserve at Auckland, and to apply the Proceeds to the Purchase of other Lands in Extension of the Reserve upon which the Costley Home is built.
No. 18. An Act to vest the Reserves along the Banks of the Mahinapua Creek and Lake in the Westland Acclimatisation Society.

No. 24. An Act to extend the Boundaries of the Halswell River Drainage District and to endow the Selwyn County Council with Land to provide Funds for the Purpose of Lowering the Level of Lake Ellesmere.
No. 25. An Act to provide that the Lands now held for the Purposes of the Public Domain of Auckland shall be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland.
No. 26. An Act to amend “The Westland and Nelson Coalfields Administration Act, 1877.”
No. 27. An Act to vest in the Mangawai Road Board the Lands in the Molesworth Township reserved as an Endowment for the Mangawai Harbour.
No. 28. An Act to authorise the Grant of certain Lands in the Urenui Township to Courtenay Melmoth Kyngdon.
Private Acts (deemed to be Public Acts).
No. 1. An Act to authorise the Trustees of the Will of the Honourable William Robinson, late of Cheviot Hills and Christchurch, Gentleman, to divide all his Real and the Residue of his Personal Estate into Five Equal Shares, and also to create Five Separate Trusts of the said Shares.
No. 2. An Act to authorise the Corporation of the Borough of Oamaru to consolidate the Loans of the said Borough into one Loan, bearing Interest at Five per Centum per Annum, and to call in and cancel the Debentures for existing Loans, and substitute therefor Debentures of the Consolidated Loan; and to make other Provisions relating to the said Loans, and for providing Interest thereon, and for the Expenses of effecting the Consolidation.
No. 3. An Act to authorise the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gore to contract with the Gore Electric Light and Power Syndicate (Limited), or with any other Persons or Company, for the Construction, Maintenance, and Working of an Electrical Installation for supplying Electrical Energy for Public and Private Purposes within the Borough of Gore.
No. 4. An Act to incorporate the Owners of the Mangatu No. 1 Block, and to provide for the Management of the said Block.
No. 5. An Act to validate a Devise of Land at Ohinemutu, made by Niramona Pini in favour of Jane Stephenson Graham.

THE following special order, made by the Manawatu Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

MANAWATU ROAD BOARD.—SPECIAL ORDER.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Manawatu Road Board did, at the regular meeting held on the 13th day of February, 1894, make the following special order:—
That, for payment of interest at 5 per cent. for twenty-six years on a loan of £210 under “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1886,” and “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” to clear, form, and metal the No. 1 line in the Manawatu Road District, from the Longburn—Aorangi Road, in a westerly direction, for a distance of 86 chains, a special rate of 4/15d. in the pound for twenty-six years be struck on the rateable values of the following sections, viz.: 1583, 1584, 1587, and 1588, Block IX.; 13 and 22, Block X.; and 12, Block XIII., Kairanga Survey District. Such rate to be payable by equal instalments on the 1st day of February and August in each year at the Board’s office in Palmerston North.
I hereby certify that the special order above written was duly made by the Manawatu Road Board at its regular meeting on the 13th day of February, 1894.

MANGANUI ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special order was made on Saturday, 20th January, 1894, and confirmed on Saturday, 3rd March, 1894:—
That, to secure the repayment of a loan of £200 raised under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the purpose of forming and metalling the Beaconsfield Road from the Salisbury Road westwards, a special rate of ½d. in the pound be made and levied over the following lands, namely: Sections 19, Block IX.; 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 87, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 45, 46, Block X.; 7, 8, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, Block XIII.; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35,
