IT is hereby notified that, in pursuance of the power and
authority vested by section 24 of “The Shipping and
Seamen's Act, 1877,”
THOMAS CAPEL TILLY
has been appointed an Examiner of Masters and Mates at
Auckland. Appointment to date from the 1st April, 1894.
