Trustees for Garston Cemetery appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the mainten-
ance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second
column of the said Schedule.

William Gordon, GARSTON.
William Davis Soper, All that parcel of land in the
Thomas Murray, Southland Land District, contain-
William Scott, and ing by admeasurement 2 acres,
Patrick McNamee. more or less, being Section No. 21,
Block III., Kingston Survey Dis-
trict. Bounded on the north by
Section No. 3 of Block III., 348
links; on the east by Section No. 3
of Block III., 450 links; on the
south by Section No. 2 of Block
III., 550 links; and on the west by
a road-line, 494·2 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less; as
the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the office of the Chief
Surveyor, Invercargill.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of December, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three.

Trustees for Nightcaps Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
DAVID McMILLAN
to be a Trustee, in the place of William Graham, deceased,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the Ellesmere
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed
by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
on the eighteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-eight.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this eleventh day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-three.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to ap-
point the under-mentioned gentlemen to be Superin-
tendent Collectors of Agricultural Statistics for the collection
of February next, under "The Census Act, 1877," and to
define that the district for which each shall act shall be that
portion of the colony contained in the counties or parts of
counties specified opposite his name, including the boroughs
within their defined boundaries:—
