hereto were, on the 1st July, 1891, duly taken and laid off
through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the
authority of the Governor of the said colony, by a warrant
dated the 22nd May, 1891.

SCHEDULE.

PIRAUNUI ROAD, IN THE MANGANUI-O-TAHU BLOCK, SITUATE
IN BLOCKS XV. AND XIV., MOMAHAKE SURVEY DISTRICT.

ALL that piece of land, containing 26 acres 1 rood 20
perches, more or less, being a road 100 links wide and
upwards, the centre-line of which commences at a point
marked C on the plan hereinafter referred to, 5282 links
north and 1370 links east from Trig. Station, Pakira, and
proceeds thence in a north-westerly direction to a point
marked D on the plan hereinafter referred to, on the
boundary of Blocks XIV. and XV., and from thence north-
westerly to a point marked E on the plan hereinafter referred
to, on the boundary of Rangitatau Block, 80 links south and
1578 links west from Taumatini Trig. Station: as the same
is more particularly shown, and coloured brown, on the plan
marked Survey Office ⁸²⁷¹₁ (No. 2), and deposited in the Dis-
trict Lands and Survey Office, Wellington.

WATERSHED ROAD, IN MANGANUI-O-TAHU BLOCK, SITUATE IN
BLOCK XV., MOMAHAKE SURVEY DISTRICT.

All that piece of land, containing 35 acres 1 rood 31 perches,
more or less, being a road 100 links wide and upwards, the
centre-line of which commences at a point marked A on the
plan hereinafter referred to, distant 607 links, on a bearing
of 311° 5′, from Pakira Trig. Station, along the common
boundary of Manganui-o-Tahu and Rangitatau Blocks, and
proceeds thence generally in a north-easterly direction to a
point marked C on the plan hereinafter referred to, and
thence to a point marked B on the plan hereinafter referred
to, on the boundary of Blocks XV. and XVI., Momahake
Survey District: as the same is more particularly shown,
and coloured brown, on the plan marked Survey Office ⁸²⁷¹₁
(No. 2), and deposited in the District Lands and Survey
Office, Wellington.

Notice of the Laying-off of Roads over Lands in the
Wellington Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by his
Deputy, Sir James Prendergast, Chief Justice, under the
authority of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” and its
amendments, that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto were, on the 20th January, 1892, duly taken and laid
off through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under
the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by a
warrant dated the 22nd May, 1891.

SCHEDULE.

ROADS IN THE MANGANUI-O-TAHU BLOCK, SITUATE IN
BLOCK IV., NUKUMARU SURVEY DISTRICT.

ALL those irregular pieces of land, being portions of the
Kaurarapaoa-Manganui-o-Tahu Road falling within the above
Block, and marked as A to B, C to D, E to F, G to H, I to J,
K to L, and M to N, on the plan hereinafter referred to,
containing in the aggregate 21 acres 3 roods 19 perches,
more or less.

Also, all that other piece of land known as the Kai-iwi
Cross-road, containing 7 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or
less; being a road 100 links wide, the centre-line of which
commences at a point marked O¹ on the plan hereinafter
referred to, distant 412 links, on a bearing of 331° 25′, from
Pukepuke Trig. Station, and proceeds thence in a south-
westerly direction to a point marked P on the plan herein-
after referred to, on the left bank of the Kai-iwi Stream: as
the same are more particularly shown, and coloured brown, on
the plan marked Survey Office ⁸²⁷¹₁ (No. 1), and deposited
in the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road in the Wellington Land
District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by his
Deputy, Sir James Prendergast, Chief Justice, under the
authority of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” and its
amendments, that the road described in the Schedule

hereto was, on the 7th July, 1892, duly taken and laid
off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under
the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by a
warrant of the 10th December, 1891.

SCHEDULE.

WATERSHED ROAD, IN MAUNGAPORAU BLOCK, SITUATE IN
BLOCK VIII., MOMAHAKE SURVEY DISTRICT.

ALL that piece of land, containing 28 acres 2 roods 20
perches, more or less, being a road 100 links wide and up-
wards, the centre-line of which commences at a point
marked A on the plan hereinafter referred to, distant 75
links, on a bearing 325° 15′, from the intersection of the
boundary-lines of the Maungaporau, Puketotara, and Ma-
ngapapa Blocks, and proceeds thence in a northerly direc-
tion to a point marked B on the plan hereinafter referred to,
on the northern boundary of Block IV., Momahake Survey
District: as the same is more particularly shown, coloured
brown, on the plan marked Survey Office ⁵³²¹₄ (No. 1), and
deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Wel-
ington.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road over Land in the
Taranaki Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by his
Deputy, Sir James Prendergast, Chief Justice, under the
authority of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” and of
all other powers and authorities enabling him in that
behalf, that the road described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly taken and laid off through the land specified in
the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of
the said colony, by a warrant dated the 10th December,
1891.

SCHEDULE.

ROADS IN THE MAUNGAPORAU BLOCK.

ALL that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more
or less, being part of the Maungaporau Block. Bounded on
the north by Subdivisions 8 and 9 of Mangapapa Block
No. 2, 108 links; on the east by other part of Maungaporau
Block, 5492·2 links; on the south by the Land District
of Wellington, 101·3 links; and on the west by other part of
Maungaporau Block, 5464·2 links: be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map
No. 180A, deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office,
New Plymouth.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road in the Wellington Land
District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by his
Deputy, Sir James Prendergast, Chief Justice, under the
authority of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” and its
amendments, that the road described in the Schedule
hereto was, on the 18th July, 1892, duly taken and laid off
through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the
authority of the Governor of the said colony, by a warrant
of the 10th December, 1891.

SCHEDULE.

MAKAKAHO ROAD, IN THE MAUNGAPORAU BLOCK, SITUATE
IN BLOCK II., MOMAHAKE SURVEY DISTRICT.

ALL that piece of land, containing 12 acres and 31 perches,
more or less, being a road 100 links wide, the centre-line of
which commences at a point marked A on the plan herein-
after referred to, on the north bank of the Upokonui Stream,
and proceeds thence in a northerly direction to a point
marked B on the plan hereinafter referred to, on the
boundary-line between the Land Districts of Wellington
and Taranaki: as the same is more particularly shown,
and coloured brown, on the plan marked Survey Office ⁵³²¹₄
(No. 3), and deposited in the District Lands and Survey
Office, Wellington.
