Trustees for Raglan Cemetery appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

James Rendell.

Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.

RAGLAN.

All that parcel of land, containing
2 acres and 16 perches, being Lots 6
and 7 of Section 13, Town of Raglan,
Parish of Whaingaroa, in the Survey District of Kariori, Land District
of Auckland. Bounded towards
the north-west by Lot 5, 504 links;
towards the north-east by East
Street, 400 links; towards the south-east by Lots 8 and 9, 520 links;
towards the south-west by Lots 10
and 12, 406 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twelfth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-three.
