Section 2, mixed forest, containing kauri, totara, and puriri; hilly, good clay soil, pastoral land. Section 7A, mixed bush land of fair quality; on Utukura River and main coach-road. Section 15, undulating, about 15 acres covered with mixed bush, remainder covered with fern, soil of good quality in the bush. Section 21, open land, with a little swamp; situate on the main Okaikau-Waimate Road. Section 22, about 30 acres mixed bush, clay soil; remainder open land of very poor quality, covered with short fern and tea-tree.
