Act, 1888," and "The Volunteer Drill-sheds and Lands Trustees Validation Act, 1890," of all those pieces of land situated in the City of Dunedin, being Section No. 10, Block XV., part of Reserve No. 4, Block XV., and part of the lands between Reserve No. 4 and High Street, in the said city, all on the record map of the said city, and being all the lands comprised in certificates of title registered in the Register-books, Vol. xxxiv., folio 238, Vol. xxxvii., folio 264, and Vol. xliv., folio 271, of the Lands Registry Office at Dunedin; and in the instrument of appointment His Excellency has declared that the name by or under which such Trustees shall be incorporated shall be "The Trustees of the Dunedin Garrison Hall," and that such Trustees shall take office from the date thereof, being the 27th day of October, 1892:—
