THE following special order, made by the Manganui
Road Board, is published in accordance with “The
Road Boards Act, 1882.”

MANGANUI ROAD BOARD.

Notice is hereby given that the following special order has
been made on Saturday, the 17th September, and will be
confirmed on Monday, the 17th October, 1892:—
That to secure the repayment of a loan of £350, raised
under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,”
for the purpose of forming, bridging, and culverting the
Ratapiko Road, a special rate of 5d. in the pound be made
and levied over the Ratapiko Special Rating District, com-
prising the following lands, namely, Sections 1, 2, 8, Block
XI., and Sections 23, 24, 27, Block X., Huiroa Survey Dis-
trict.

Such rate to be an annually-recurring rate for a period of
twenty-six years, and shall be payable in two half-yearly
instalments on the 1st January and the 1st July in each
year.
