Persons appointed to lay Informations under “The Land and Income Assessment Act, 1891.”

JAMES PRENDERGAST,
Administrator of the Government.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authority vested in me by “The Land and Income Assessment Act, 1891,” I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

CHARLES MELVILLE CROMBIE, Esq., Commissioner of Taxes;
JOHN McGOWAN, Esq., Deputy Commissioner of Taxes; and
GEORGE FREDERICK COLIN CAMPBELL, Esq., Chief Clerk in the Land and Income Tax Department,

to be persons upon whose information any penalty imposed under the said Act shall be recoverable in a summary way, as provided in the said Act. These appointments to be exercisable generally.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this third day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me in that behalf by “The Land and Income Assessment Act, 1891,” I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are mentioned in the Schedule hereto to constitute Boards of Review of Assessments under “The Land and Income Assessment Act, 1891;” and I do further appoint that each of the groups of three of the said persons respectively mentioned in the said Schedule, and bracketed together, shall respectively form a Board of Review of Assessments under “The Land and Income Assessment Act, 1891.”
