Whangarei County.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in Block X., Tangihua Survey District, and contain-
ing approximately 775 acres. Bounded towards the north-
east by land granted to Henry Walton; towards the south-
east by Sections Nos. 161 and 162 of the Parish of Wai-
kiekie; towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 89, 90, 91,
and 145 of the Parish of Tauraroa; and towards the north-
west generally by the Tauraroa River to the point of com-
mencement.

Broken forest land of fair quality, with frontage to Tau-
raroa River; the forest is all mixed timber. Price, 10s.
an acre.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-one.

THE following special orders, made by the Woodville
Road Board, are published in accordance with "The
Road Boards Act, 1882."

P. A. BUCKLEY.

(1.) THAT a special rate of one halfpenny in the pound be
struck on Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block
XIV., Woodville Survey District, to meet the interest and
charges on a loan of £85 for the Saddle Road, such rate to
be an annually-recurring rate for the period of twenty-six
years, and to be payable in one sum, on the 1st day of
December in each year.

(2.) That a special rate of thirteen-fiftieths of a penny in
the pound be struck on Sections 14, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Block
V., and Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block XVI.,
Woodville Survey District, to meet the interest and charges
on a loan of £65 for the Whariti Road, such rate to be an
annually-recurring rate for the period of twenty-six years,
and to be payable in one sum, on the 1st day of December
in each year.

I certify that the above special orders were made by the
Woodville Road Board, on the 8th day of January, 1892,
under "The Road Boards Act, 1882."

for the purpose of forming and gravelling the Pembroke
Road West, a special rate of 2½d. in the pound be struck
over the Pembroke Road West Special Rating District, to
be composed of the following sections: Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 38, 39, 52, 106, 107, 108, Block IV.,
