Whakatane County.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in the Parish of Waimana, and containing approxi-
mately 180 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north
by a road, 100 links wide, along high-water mark of the Bay
of Plenty; towards the east by a right line being the pro-
duction in a northerly direction of the western boundary of
Sections Nos. 251 and 252 of the Parish of Waimana, and by
that boundary; towards the south by a road, 100 links wide,
along high-water mark of Ohiva Harbour; and towards the
west by Section No. 250 of the Parish of Waimana aforesaid
to the point of commencement.
Open sandy land. Price, £1 an acre.
