Prescribing Dues and Rates for Use of Okain's Bay Wharf.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
second day of March, 1892.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-one, the Governor, by
Order in Council made under the authority of "The Har-
bours Act Amendment Act, 1883," did license the Okain's
Bay Road Board to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and land below low-water mark at Okain's Bay for the
purpose of erecting a wharf thereon in accordance with
the plan mentioned in the said Order in Council: And
whereas the said wharf has been erected by the said Board,
and it is desirable to prescribe dues and rates to be taken
for the use thereof, and to fix dues for the storage of goods
in the store erected immediately adjacent to the said wharf:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said colony, and in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority conferred upon him by "The Harbours Act, 1878,"
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him
in that behalf, doth hereby prescribe the dues and rates set
forth in the Schedule hereto to be taken by the said Board
for the use of the said wharf, and for the storage of goods in
the store erected immediately adjacent thereto, subject,
however, to the terms and conditions of the hereinbefore-
mentioned Order in Council, and the provisions of "The
Harbours Act, 1878," and any Act amending the same.

Special Licensing District abolished.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
second day of March, 1892.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of all powers enabling him in
this behalf under "The Licensing Act, 1881," and by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the Colony of New Zealand, His Excellency the Adminis-
trator of the Government of the said colony doth hereby
abolish the Special Licensing District of Owen, situate within
the County of Inangahua, and which was proclaimed to be a
special licensing district under the said Act, such abolition
to take effect upon the thirty-first day of March instant.
